The Baking Mats are best cleaned with hot soapy water and a dishbrush. The Dishbar is a perfect match for this job. You can also use the top rack of your dishwasher. Dry with a tea towel or soft cloth.

To avoid oil staining, it is recommended that you clean your Reusable Baking Mats after each use. Once they are clean you can roll up each Baking Mat to store in your kitchen draw or cupboard. If you think you will cook with lots of oil and some staining might bother you, we recommend you choose the Dark Mood pack as these two Baking Mats are darker so potential marks will be less visible.

Preheat the oven up to 230 degrees C Place the Silicone Baking Mat onto a cookie or baking sheet with the CaliWoods logo facing up. Place the food directly on top of the Baking Mat and cook as directed in the oven on bake settings (do not use it under the grill, on the stove, or BBQ).

Remove the cooked food from the Baking Mat and then shake off any excess food crumbs from the surface of the Silicone Baking Mat. Avoid using sharp utensils to remove food.

Wash the Silicone Baking Mat with hot soapy water or pop it in the dishwasher. Wipe dry with a cloth and store your Baking Mat dry.
